1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using webspiderstudios.com, WebSpider 3D, WebSpider IDE, WebSpider Games, or any related services provided by WebSpider Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts & Authority Tiers
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and 2FA Email OTP codes. Accounts are assigned authority roles (user, developer, portal_admin). You agree not to attempt to bypass Row Level Security (RLS) protections or access unauthorized administrative functions.
3. Intellectual Property
All software code, 3D engines, visual logos, brand assets, games, and web content are the exclusive property of WebSpider Studios. Users retain ownership of original game content created using WebSpider 3D and WebSpider IDE in accordance with developer license agreements.
