24-Hour Acknowledgement
The Grievance Officer logs the ticket, issues an official tracking reference, and acknowledges receipt within twenty-four (24) hours.
15-Day Final Disposal
Investigation and remedial action are executed within fifteen (15) days of receipt, concluding with a comprehensive written resolution report.
Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act Compliance
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, users maintain rights regarding their personal data, including the Right to Information, Right to Correction and Erasure, and Right of Grievance Redressal before the Data Protection Board of India.
