End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

WebSpider Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WebSpider 3D, WebSpider IDE, WebSpider Games, Smart Downloader, and associated applications in accordance with this EULA.

2. 30-Day Account Deletion & Revocation Policy

When a user requests account deletion from their Account Settings page:

• 30-Day Grace Period: The account and associated user data are scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after the request date.
• Weekly Email Reminders: The user will receive weekly email notifications showing remaining days until final deletion and instructions on how to revoke.
• Full Revocation Right: The user can log in anytime within the 30-day grace period and click "Revoke & Restore Account" to immediately restore their account to active status.
• Permanent Erasure: If not revoked within 30 days, the user account and associated profile records will be permanently erased.

3. Security & 2FA Email OTP Verification

All critical account actions—including password updates, profile edits, and account deletion requests—require authorization via a 6-digit Email One-Time Password (OTP) dispatched to the user's registered email address.
